Scalloped Corn

A great, easy addition to any dinner or family gathering.

  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can milk (or milk substitute, if you’d like it to be vegan.  Soymilk might be a little bit sweet for this recipe, so if you use that, I’d skip adding extra sugar.)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • crackers to absorb liquid
  • salt and pepper to taste!
  1. Mix ingredients in baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for about half an hour.

And you’re done!  Told you it was easy.  🙂
