“Baked” Chicken Stew, Crockpot Dinner

1 package chicken breast (4 breast, sometimes 5)

4 big carrots *OR* 5 medium ones *OR* 7 small ones

5 potatoes *OR* 1 cup rice

1 onion

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp sage

3 cups water

1 can cream of celery soup

Cut chicken and carrots into bite sized pieces, chop onion, quarter potatoes. Add to crock pot.

Add condensed soup and stir with sturdy wooden spoon to coat.

Add spices to water, stir. Pour spice water over everything.

Set crockpot to Low.

8 hours later…
